LaSalle Brands Corporation announced a major expansion of distribution of its best-selling packaged super premium ice creams. Currently distributed only to super markets, grocery and convenience stores in New York, LaSalle ice creams are the city's third best-selling brand. The distribution expansion is slated to place LaSalle's 17 ice cream flavors in groceries and convenience stores throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Great Chicago market early this summer. Additional expansion is planned to make LaSalle ice creams available to consumers in Connecticut, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina before the end of the third quarter. LaSalle is also introducing a line of super premium ice cream novelty products. The four-ounce novelties will follow the LaSalle taste/value formula. The price to the consumer is expected to be 99 cents, well below competing products. Flavors include Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Shortcake and Orange Sorbet/Vanilla.

LaSalle Brands Corporation has completed its acquisition of LaSalle Ice Cream. Upon closing the Board of Directors appointed Medhat 'Tony' Mohamed as the Company's new President and CEO. Mr. Scott Campbell will remain as the Company's CFO. As part of the Agreement, three other Board members stepped down from their seats on the Board to make room for new appointments to be announced in the coming weeks.
