Le@p Technology Inc. announced that on November 2, 2009, Dr. Donald Ciappenelli resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Le@p Technology Inc. and Dr. Donald Ciappenelli agreed to terminate his employment as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company effective at the close of business on May 22, 2009. Dr. Ciappenelli will remain as the company's Chairman of the Board. The company has appointed Timothy C. Lincoln, Class B Director, as the Acting Principal Executive Officer effective May 23, 2009. Mr. Lincoln, who is 51 years old, has served as a Class B Director of the company since July 2000, and was the company's Acting Principal Executive Officer, a position he held from September 2002 until October 31, 2006.
