IceWEB Inc. announced that the company has been awarded a significant contract by a Federal Agency to provide its Iplicity Unified Storage Platform to support a large Unix environment. The initial award is for a storage area network providing more than 100 terabytes of disk capacity, and will enable the Agency to capture and archive critical log data. Iplicity was chosen for this contract because of its ease of use, high performance, and advanced data replication capabilities. The system will provide both fibre channel attached host and NFS NAS (network attached storage) capabilities to the Agency. This initial deployment has the potential to grow in size to a petabyte (1,000 terabytes) of storage in the short-term.
IceWEB Enters Agreement With ExxonMobil Global Services for Upstream Services

IceWEB Inc. announced that the company has entered into a Standard Procurement Agreement (SPA) with ExxonMobil Global Services Company, an operating division of ExxonMobil, the publicly traded international oil and gas company. The agreement for upstream services from IceWEB is for both the design of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and to provide GIS technical staff including Consultants, Project Managers, Senior GIS System/Software Architects, GIS Software Developers, Engineers, Data Base Analysts, and Senior Storage Engineering staff.

IceWEB Inc. announced that the company has engineered a new storage connectivity environment called WiSCSI. The capability provides wireless 802.11b,g,n storage access for field deployable networks. The company anticipates shipping the first WiSCSI (TM) units in December 2009. The underlining technology of WiSCSI will be added to IceWEB's growing intellectual property portfolio. IceWEB will continue to add to its intellectual property while simultaneously releasing innovative and industry changing products and services.
