For the quarter, the company's revenues were $54.4 million, reflecting a $14.9 million or 38% increase from $39.4 million for the third quarter of 2008. Adjusted EBITDA was $7.1 million compared to adjusted EBITDA of $6.6 million for the third quarter of 2008. Net income was $1.8 million or $0.05 per diluted share compared to net loss of $9.9 million or $0.29 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2008. The company reported operating income of $1.31 million, income from continuing operations before income taxes of $1.78 million, income from continuing operations of $1.81 million or $0.05 per diluted share compared to operating income of $0.24 million, loss from continuing operations before income taxes of $9.35 million, loss from continuing operations of $9.90 million or $0.29 per diluted share for the same period a year ago. For the nine months, the company reported operating income of $3.38 million, loss from continuing operations before income taxes of $0.09 million, loss from continuing operations and net loss of $0.34 million or $0.01 per diluted share on revenue of $137.19 million compared to operating income of $6.68 million, loss from continuing operations before income taxes of $9.08 million, loss from continuing operations of $9.23 million or $0.27 per diluted share and net loss of $10.76 million or $0.31 per diluted share on revenue of $119.98 million for the same period a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $16.32 million compared to net cash used in operating activities of $21.57 million reported a year ago. The company reported purchase of property, plant and equipment of $1.65 million compared to $10.67 million reported a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $16.19 million compared to adjusted EBITDA of $23.44 million for the same period a year ago. For the fourth quarter of 2009, the company expects revenues between $57 million and $60 million, adjusted EBITDA between $7.4 million and $8.4 million and net income between $3.3 million and $4.3 million or $0.09 to $0.12 per share, which includes a one-time benefit from a net tax refund that increases net income by $3.3 million and adjusted EBITDA by $2.4 million.
