InfoNow Corp. announced the availability of ChannelInsight for Salesforce CRM on the Force.com AppExchange. ChannelInsight for Salesforce CRM provides visibility into point-of-sale (POS) data from indirect channels, helping users achieve better performance and control over the channel by quickly assessing information needed for managing sales teams, paying commissions and calculating rebates. Built using the Force.com platform, ChannelInsight is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the Force.com AppExchange. Using ChannelInsight for Salesforce CRM, users can view and monitor the channel sales performance of each account and product within Salesforce. Users can enhance their existing sales, inventory and forecasting data collection processes by identifying products, partners and end-users contained in POS transaction data, and enriching this data by matching it to third-party reference databases. ChannelInsight for Salesforce CRM can support new business development efforts by identifying new partners that can be managed and developed.
