Infinite Group Inc. has entered into master services relationship and authorized reseller agreements with Dell Inc. Under the Master Services agreement with Dell's Professional Services organization, Infinite Group Inc. (IGI) can rapidly engage on consulting projects and deliver service in a streamlined and efficient manner. Key areas of focus for the Dell-IGI partnership include virtualization services, as well as operational support for major Dell contracts in the federal and defense markets. Additionally, IGI's Authorized Reseller status enables the company to deliver Dell's world-class range of hardware and software solutions to its own end-user clients and those clients engaged with under the Dell Master Services Agreement.

Infinite Group Inc. announced that the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) has awarded the company a contract to provide installation, configuration, implementation and training services for Microsoft Stimulus360. Stimulus360 is the Microsoft solution that helps public sector agencies track, measure, and share information about federal stimulus programs. Working with subcontractor partner Information Strategies Inc., Infinite Group will deliver an enterprise virtual-hosted environment for the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), who will use Stimulus360 to comply with a number of requirements for receiving and dispersing funding received via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) enacted by Congress on February 17, 2009. Per Mississippi ITS Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 3604, the project will start up in late 2009 and run for one year.

Infinite Group Inc. announced that Donald W. Upson has joined the company's Board of Directors. Currently the principal partner at ICG Government, a management consulting firm, Mr. Upson has more than 32 years of experience in the planning and implementation of technology programs across a wide variety of government agencies and departments. Upson will provide strategic guidance to Infinite Group Inc. (IGI) management as the company continues to penetrate various markets in local, state and federal government. Key areas of focus for IGI include IT infrastructure services, virtualization, project and program management, as well as business and technology integration. Additionally IGI is developing proprietary offerings in the 'Cloud Computing' space, with an emphasis on securing and managing data, as well as reducing overall IT costs.
