Integrated Parking Solutions Inc. and MemoryLink Corp. announced that they have agreed to a Product Development Alliance. The purpose of the Alliance is to maximize the application of their combined strengths in management, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Memorylink has skills in carrier-class wireless systems and IPS has strengths in the unique technologies that are emerging in the burgeoning parking management industry. The combined resources of the two companies' skills in wireless network deployment will provide an engine for driving new product innovation. Both companies have strong relationships with major industry players. An immediate thrust will be to pursue integration of wireless, network management and detection technologies into the products and systems of parking management industry partners.

Integrated Parking Solutions Inc. announced they have become a Motorola Wireless Broadband Solutions Value Added Reseller. Details of the agreement were not disclosed. Combining IPS's data gathering devices with Motorola's backhaul and connectivity devices in one offering will provide IPS customers a unique scalable turnkey solution for their real time meter audit, meter maintenance and enforcement needs. IPS remains a Motorola Mobility Value Added Reseller.

Integrated Parking Solutions Inc. announced earnings results for the year ended September 30, 2008. Net Sales for the year ended September 30, 2008 were $2,022,346 with a net loss of $1,860,594 or $0.18 per common share. Comparable amounts for the prior year ended September 30, 2007 were net sales of $3,185,686 with a net loss of $1,035,829, or $0.10 per common share.
