Impact E Solutions Corp. has entered into a five-year licensing agreement with Carib Tixx Ltd. This agreement allows Impact E-Solutions to expand into the Caribbean. Carib Tixx currently operates more than 15 branded outlets for the distribution of paper tickets in Trinidad and Tobago. Under the terms of the agreement, Impact E-Solutions will enable Carib Tixx to integrate online and retail distribution of tickets.

Impact E Solutions Corp. announced that Gary Kirk has been named President & Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kirk will serve on the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kirk has been an advisor to the Company since early 2007. Mr. Kirk brings to Impact E-Solutions more than thirty years of experience, including: (i) as President and Chief Executive Officer of Patricia Mining Corp., (ii) as an expert in Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Arbitrage, Treasury Bill and Fixed Income Trading with Citibank and (iii) as a broker specializing in large ticket trades between international banks, eventually expanding his product mix to also include Interest Rate Derivatives, Futures, Options and Bond Repurchases, all of which he performed at internationally recognized firms such as ICAP, FIMAT, Cantor Freedom, and Prebon Yamane.
