IDO Security Inc. announced that the company has signed an Agreement for Cooperation and Joint Venture Research and Development with German firm Emisens GmbH. IDO Security expanded the proven metal detection capabilities of the MagShoe(TM) line with the addition of the proposed explosive detection capabilities developed by Emisens. This agreement is based on the accumulated and proven experience of IDO in the metal detection marketplace as well as the proven electromagnetic identification and explosive sensing technologies researched for and developed by Emisens. Furthermore, the agreement will contribute to IDO Security's ongoing effort to increase the level of security attainable by the MagShoe(TM).

For the six months sales were almost double while the net loss decreased by approximately 50% over the same quarter last year. Revenues for the six and three months ended June 30, 2009 were $61,339 and $41,246, respectively, compared to $33,684 and $33,684 for the corresponding periods in 2008, all of which were derived from sales of our MagShoe device.
