Intec Ltd. reported earnings results for the full year ended June 30, 2009. For the year, the company reported pre tax loss of AUD 12,114,000, loss after tax of AUD 12,320,000, negative EBITD of AUD 11,065,000 and negative EBIT of AUD 11,898,000 on total revenue of AUD 1,451,000 compared to pre tax loss of AUD 12,881,000, loss after tax of AUD 12,881,000, negative EBITD of AUD 11,854,000 and negative EBIT of AUD 12,629,000 on total revenue of AUD 1,230,000 for the previous year.

Intec Ltd. has signed an MOU with Guangdong GuangYe Assets Management for the formation of an incorporated joint venture to identify and develop secondary resources project opportunities in Australia and China, using the Intec Process and taking into account Intec's current activities in those countries.
