Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage Inc. announced that it has expanded its distribution channels to include the military and drug chains. In addition, HNFB will bid on the opportunity to have its ACAI Plus anti-oxidant chewing gum included in military MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat) which are distributed to military personal around the world and used widely in disaster relief efforts. This additional distribution could add as much as five million units of Super Food Functional Gum to annual sales.
Heathrow Natural Food and Beverage, Inc. announced that it will add the Super Fruit "Maqui Berry" to its Gum & Fruit Bar Super Food Brand. The Maqui Berry, which grows in the Patagonia region of South America, has the highest anti-oxidant level of any natural fruit on earth. Anti-oxidants contain an extra oxygen molecule and are able to neutralize the free radical before it does any harm. Body produces natural anti-oxidants to combat oxidative stress and inflammation and the cell damage that results. However, the aging process and the various environmental and life-style stressors face every day create more free radicals than the bodies can naturally fight off.
