We are a Conway, Arkansas based financial holding company registered under the federal Bank Holding Company Act of 1956. As of December 31, 2007, we have five wholly owned community bank subsidiaries which provide a broad range of commercial and retail banking and related financial services to businesses, real estate developers and investors, individuals, and municipalities. Three of our bank subsidiaries are located in the central Arkansas market area, a fourth serves Stone County in north central Arkansas, and a fifth serves the Florida Keys and southwestern Florida. On January 1, 2008, we completed the acquisition of Centennial Bancshares.
