Net income for the quarter was $8.4 million or $0. 30 per diluted common share compared to net income of $6.1 million or $0.23 per diluted common share for the same period a year ago. Operating income was $14.36 million compared to $10.77 million for the same period a year ago. EBIT was $14.15 million compared to $10.59 million for the same period a year ago. The company reported income before income taxes of $14.153 million compared to the income before income taxes of $10.591 million for the same period a year ago. For the nine months ended September 30, 2009, the company reported revenue of $162.9 million, an increase of $30.8 million or 23.3% from the $132.1 million for the same period a year ago. The company reported net income of $20.7 million or $0. 75 per diluted common share for the nine months ended September 30, 2009, compared to net income of $14.3 million or $0.53 per diluted common share for the same period a year ago.
