Hat Trick Beverage Inc. has announced the termination of its agreement for a 'Cold Beverages Division' and association with Mr. Lawrence Twombly, of Encinitas, California. The company had previously entered into a certain agreement with Mr. Twombly, where amongst other things, Twombly would operate Pumped Fitness, Road Kill, Dos Lagos, Super Buzz and Buzzy's Coffee on a profit type arrangement. The company was very forward thinking and upward mobile in its hopes and aspirations that this profit sharing arrangement would exceed $200,000.00 per annum. However, because of economic and other circumstances, and because no profits had been generated under the agreement, on November 10, 2008, Hat Trick by letter to Mr. Twombly terminated its association with him.

Hat Trick Beverage Inc. announced that it has secured an agreement with Zabalatte Company to provide Zabalatte as one of its product lines. Simply put Zabalatte is a nourishing cafe made, milk and egg beverage named after the Italian dessert Zabaglione.

Hat Trick Beverage Inc. announced that it has secured interest from a single Master Franchisee for the exclusive distribution area of Australasia. Australasia is a region of Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and neighbouring islands in the Pacific Ocean. The deal is currently only for the hot drink beverages division 'Tango Cafe'. The issuer is confident that the cold drink division may also be negotiated, and incorporated into the agreement as well, which the purchaser is seeking rights to as well.
