Gabriel Technologies Corp. announced that David B. Clark, George Tingo, John Hall and Jack B. Manning were appointed to the board of directors effective immediately. The company also announced that Roy Breeling, Dennis Blackman, Frank Forbes and Matt Gohd each tendered resignations to the Company that were accepted and became effective immediately.

Gabriel Technologies Corp. and its subsidiaries announced that termination of Ronald E. Gillum, Jr. as President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the company. On June 3, 2009, the Board of Directors of the company appointed George Tingo, Jr. as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, and Jack B. Manning as the company's Secretary. Mr. Tingo will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and Mr. Manning will serve as Secretary, at the pleasure of the Board. Since 2008, Mr. Tingo, age 53, has served, and continues to serve, as President and Chairman of the Board of LocalGetaways Inc. From 2005 to 2007, he was the President of Mobile Campus Inc., a company he founded that provided a technology platform for the distribution of wireless information around university campuses.

Effective September 6, 2007, the Board of Directors of Gabriel Technologies Corp. elected Frank Forbes a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Forbes will fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors and will serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Company or until his earlier death, resignation or removal. Mr. Forbes is admitted to practice in Hawaii and Nebraska, serving early in his career as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. He currently engages in private practice of law and consulting work in Omaha, Nebraska, representing local, national and international businesses and presenting seminars nationally and regionally on law and ethics to various corporate management groups.
