Global Technologies Group, Inc. has granted an exclusive sublicense for Brownfields and redevelopment properties which utilize the patented MBS technology valued at one million five hundred twenty five thousand dollars ($1,525,000) The sublicense was executed by the company October 07, 2009. The company intends to file a form 8k on October 09, 2009 disclosing the entire license agreement. The exclusive sublicense is for the country of Canada. The license enables the use of the MBS technology for Brownfields and redevelopment sites. MBS (Molecular Bonding System) renders metal-contaminated soil inert and has passed the United States EPA Multiple Extraction Procedure (MEP) 1,000 year test, showing that the technology permanently stops heavy metals, such as lead, arsenic and cadmium, from leaching into the environment, including rivers, marshes and streams. This system is especially suited for on-site remediation, eliminating the traditionally more expensive transportation of contaminated soils to off-site locations.

Global Technologies Group Inc. has executed a strategic teaming agreement with Science and Technologies Applications, LLC. With this agreement, Global significantly enhances its group capabilities, which include not just heavy metals remediation but also other environmental technologies, as well as high level, low-level and transuranic radioactive waste management.

Global Technologies Group Inc. has executed a master teaming agreement with M2 Polymer Technologies Inc. (M2PT). This agreement enables Global to continue to broaden the reach of its group to include not just heavy metals remediation but all remediation projects in the future.
