Non-GAAP net income was $8.5 million, or $0.18 per diluted share compared to $8.0 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2008. Income from operations was $8.4 million compared to $7.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2008. Income before income taxes was $8.8 million compared to $7.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2008. For the full year, revenue was $174.5 million, compared to $206.9 million in 2008. GAAP net income attributable to company, including a non-cash SBC expense of $1.9 million, as well as $1.1 million of amortization of intangibles as it relates to certain equity compensation plans, was $16.1 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, compared to 2008 GAAP net income attributable to company of $26.4 million, or $0.51 per diluted share. Non-GAAP net income was $19.1 million, or $0.42 per diluted share, compared to $26.5 million, or $0.51 per diluted share for 2008. Income from operations was $16 million compared to $27.6 million for the previous year. Income before income taxes was $17.2 million compared to $28.9 million for the previous year.
