During the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007 our revenues were $1,225,590 and $256,892, respectively. Of the revenues earned during the year ended December 31, 2007, $213,716 was earned during the three month period ended December 31, 2007. During the year ended December 31, 2008, $922,202 of the revenue was generated from providing pari-mutuel hub and content services, $256,325 from settlement and reconciliation services and $47,063 from sales and rental of equipment related to pari-mutuel wagering. During the year ended December 31, 2007, $181,300 of the revenue was generated from providing pari-mutuel hub and content services, $38,966 from settlement and reconciliation services and $36,626 from sales and rental of equipment related to pari-mutuel wagering. Cost of sales during the year ended December 31, 2008 was $830,481 and gross profit was $395,109. Cost of sales during the year ended December 31, 2007 was $823,663 and gross loss was $566,771. Included in the cost of sales is $640,000 for royalty expense associated with the acquisition of Royal Turf Club of St. Kitts. The operating losses we have incurred were $1,523,925 during the year ended December 31, 2008 and $2,050,661 during the year ended December 31, 2007.
