Go Healthy Inc. has entered into a agreement with Hydro Enterprises Inc., and Planet Green Solutions Inc., to distribute Plasma Activated Water (PAW), a patented water technology that produces water from any source at a 9.5 pH level with significant and favorable Oxygen Reduction Potential (ORP) readings. The ability to place the machines in bottling plants near the point of sale will greatly reduce shipping and handling costs while simultaneously producing the quality water. It also allows for production of the water in remote locations, including in disaster zones, to assure safe and healthy water for all.

Go Healthy Inc. announced that the company has developed a new segment to its business model, creating a dedicated retail space concept for large, box style stores. Under the concept, Go Healthy would enter into a leasing or joint venture agreement to utilize up to 1,500 square feet of retail space within a store to market and sell Go Healthy products, snacks and beverages. This new concept will provide an additional revenue stream to the company's traditional product sales model.

Go Healthy Inc. has commenced its monthly production run of Go(R) Energy Recovery Bars on the 2nd of September that will go on sale September 15th. The Go(R) Energy Recovery Bars will be available through the company website, http://www.goshakes.com. The bars are available in Chocolate Vanilla Crisp, Berries and Yogurt, and Peanut Butter crunch flavors. In addition, the initial production run of Cholesterade(R) in 60 serving canisters is expected to commence in the next 30 days, and the Go(R) Energy Recovery Shakes later in the fall. Planned initial production rates will support a monthly sales capability of not less than $1.5 million, with an ability to rapidly increase production to several times that amount. This production run also has earmarked Cholesterade(R) and placebo packages for the clinical trials that are scheduled to begin on the Cholesterade(R).
