Global Links Corp. has executed an exclusive agreement with Western Homes Corporation for exclusive development of the Domain Studio Condo unit. The manufactured housing industry has been terribly sidelined by the housing crisis. The incredible nature of manufactured housing is that these factories are fully equipped and ready to build housing products in a very short time frame. The Domain Studio is presently under construction at the Silvercrest plant in Corona, California and will be delivered to Global Links Corporate offices within the next week.
Global Links Corp. announced that it has completed the financing to fully fund the final development of the Domain Studio Condo unit. The Domain Studio is a breakthrough product because it fills a needed void in the housing market. The company provided revenue guidance for the year 2009. For the year, the company anticipated revenue is $10 million. This is primarily due to two pending projects that will each build at least one complex of 54 and 24 units.
Effective November 17, 2008, Global Links Corp. changed its OTCPK stock ticker symbol to GLCO from GLCP.
