For the quarter, the company reported net loss of $256,230 or $0.01 per basic and diluted share compared to net loss of $1,124,455 or $0.03 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year. Operating loss, before other expense and minority interest was $261,330 compared to $1,124,455 for the same period last year. The directors of Global Green Solutions Inc. consented by resolution to increase the number of directors from two to three and to fill the vacancy created by the increase in the number of directors. James Douglas Frater, the President of the corporation has been appointed as a director to fill the vacant director position effective September 21, 2009. The Bylaws of the corporation permitted the corporation to amend the Bylaws of the corporation. The directors of the corporation believe that it is in the best interests of the corporation to adopt a new set of Bylaws for the corporation to provide more flexibility and certainty for the corporation and have accordingly adopted the Bylaws, effective September 18, 2009.
