On 03/01/2010, Force Energy Corp. announced that they will be unable to file their next 10-K by the deadline required by the SEC.

Force Energy Corp. provided the following update on the Diamond Springs Prospect. In November of 2008, Force Energy Corp. announced positive results from Hawkeye Geosensing's satellite imagery of the north and west segments of the Diamond Springs Prospect. The map's findings were directly in-line with C.P. Abassarat's geological assessment of one specific segment of the Prospect. Through further study of Abassarat's geology on the Diamond Springs prospect, the Company, in December of 2009 ordered geothermal maps to help support two additional segments of the property. The map is expected to be complete by the end of February 2010. The Company intends to use this geothermal study along with Abassarat's geology to determine if Force can reduce risk while exploring potentially stronger drill targets on the property.

Effective October 27, 2009, Force Energy Corp. will change its OTCBB stock ticker symbol to FORC from FORCE.
