Planet Resource Recovery Inc. announced that the company has entered into a Joint-Venture agreement with Franklin Mining to develop and operate the San Antonio de Turiri antimony mine in Bolivia. The parties have an equal share of the Joint-Venture of 50% each. The San Antonio de Turiri Antimony mine is situated on part of Bolivia's primary antimony belt. It consists of three parallel antimony vein structures approximately 1.5 kilometers in length and 3 meters in width. The main ore body ranges from 60% to 67% of pure antimony. The surrounding shale host rock, secondary ore body, consists of 5% - 10% antimony.

Franklin Mining Inc. announced the appointment of Mark L. Kesselman as Executive Vice-President for Corporate Development. In this role, Mr. Kesselman will work with Franklin Chairman & CEO William Petty as the company seeks to define goals and implement strategies necessary for growth and expansion in 2010. Mr. Kesselman also holds officer and director roles for both public and private companies including President, Eurofinance Inc. and Secretary and Director of Ecometals Ltd. Between 1974 and 1992, Mr. Kesselman held a number of senior management positions at Citibank N.A. (Citigroup); from 1979 to 1984, Mr. Kesselman was Vice President at Allen & Company Inc., a merchant banking boutique.

Franklin Mining Inc. announced the appointment of Charles Gregoire de Rothschild as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors. He will personally advise Mr. William Petty, Franklin's Chairman, on all matters pertaining to the financial markets as the company seeks to expand its Latin American operations. Mr. de Rothschild will also support the company's search for additional capital, lending his International financial expertise to Franklin's current efforts.
