As of December 31, 2008, First Horizon National Corporation had approximately 200 business locations in 15 the U.S. states, Hong Kong, and Tokyo; and 191 branches in 17 Tennessee counties, 2 branches in Georgia, and 9 branches in Mississippi. First Horizon National Corp.'s board of directors has approved distribution to common shareholders of a quarterly dividend payable in common stock at the rate of 1.4971%.
