The Corporation’s office is located at 100 East Water Street, Sandusky, Ohio. The Corporation had total consolidated assets of $1,119,257 at December 31, 2007. FCBC and its subsidiaries are referred to together as the Corporation. In addition to the subsidiaries listed below, the Corporation also has five wholly owned special purpose entities that are accounted for using the equity method based on their nature and purpose. THE CITIZENS BANKING COMPANY (Citizens), owned by the Corporation since 1987, opened for business in 1884 as The Citizens National Bank. In 1898, Citizens was reorganized under Ohio banking law and was known as The Citizens Bank and Trust Company. This was a 26% improvement over the same period of 2008 and a 7% improvement over the same period of 2007. Net income per share before tax was $0.16 against $0.22 a year ago. The company expects earnings of $0.15 per share.
