The Evermedia Group Inc. has completed an agreement to acquire a majority interest in the System Technology Solutions Inc. (STS). Currently, the Evermedia Group owns 80% of STS through its parent company and will now control two operating subsidiaries. The companies will consolidate certain aspects of their businesses such as contract management, administrative functions and financial reporting while operations and division management will remain independent. Richard Weitzel will be named the new Chief Executive Officer of STS Evermedia Corp., the parent of STS, and will also be a director at the Evermedia Group. The 'change of command' will take place on or about Oct. 1, 2009.
The Evermedia Group Inc. has appointed Jonathan Sym as its new Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of Directors effective as of March 31, 2009. His new appointment is in addition to his current role as CEO of Evermedia Biometrics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Evermedia Group. The company has already initiated Mr. Sym's plan(s) which includes: Aggressively seeking corporate partnerships in complementary technologies such as information assurance, fingerprint biometrics, data storage and management, increasing management and staff to streamline logistics and technology development.
Effective March 25, 2009, Dynamic Media Holdings Inc. will change its name to Evermedia Group Inc.
