Essential Innovations Technology Corp. has announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Essential Innovations Technology Corp. announced that it has designed a patent-pending multiple platform communication and controls technology for geothermal and water source heat pumps. Once commercialized this technology is to be integrated and utilized within the entire line of product manufactured by Essential Innovations and will additionally be capable of working seamlessly with any/all geothermal and/or water source heat pumps available in the market, regardless of the product manufacturer. It is hoped that this ESIV technology, having been in R & D since early 2007, can be available for the commercial market by early 2010. ESIV offers 'Turn-key Geoexchange Solutions' which provide heating, cooling and hot water supply to residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects with significantly lower operating costs and reduced environmental impact. The organization operates as a heat pump manufacturer, a design-consulting company and a Geoexchange Energy Service Company (ESCO).
