Ms. Merrin is a Director of CML Healthcare Income Fund. She served as a member of Natural Resources' Canada's Expert Panel on Energy Science and Technology and of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy. Ms. Merrin is a Director of the Toronto Public Library Foundation and is Chair of the Council on Canadian-American Relations, New York.

For the quarter, the company reported net loss of CAD 641,537 or CAD 0.01 per basic and diluted share on revenue of CAD 649,654 compared to net loss of CAD 604,731 or CAD 0.03 per basic and diluted share on revenue of CAD 891,834 for the same period last year.
