Enhance Skin Products Inc. announced that effective February 15, 2010, Mr. Chris Hovey, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President is appointed to the company Board of Directors.

Enhance Skin Products Inc. filed its 10-K/A on November 10, 2009 for the period ending April 30, 2009. In this report its auditor, Seale and Beers, CPAs, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

In connection with the transactions contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement, there was a complete change in the Enhance Skin Products Inc.'s board of directors and management. Prior to the consummation of the transaction, the company's board of directors was comprised of two members, Joel Gugol and Erickson D. Mercado. Gugol and Mercado were also the company's only executive officers (holding the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer and Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively). Effective at the Closing of the Asset Purchase Agreement, Gugol and Mercado resigned from their respective positions as executive officers and directors of the company. Simultaneously with the closing, the following individuals were appointed executive officers and directors of the company as follows: Samuel Asculai, Ph.D. as Director and President and Chief Executive Officer; Zenas B. Noon as Director; Frode Botnevik as Director; Christopher Hovey as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales; and Brian Lukian as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Such resignations and appointments of directors shall be effective ten days following the filing and mailing of a Schedule 14F-1 to the stockholders of the company.
