Effective Control Transport Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Michel Nader as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company as of Oct. 9, 2009. Prior to his role with ECT, Mr. Nader was the founder of 'GCL Computers', creator of the GCL computer systems, General Manager of the International development department for 'Shanghai Jenjune Limited' based in China, leader and manufacturer of different products for the South American market, Mr. Michel Nader was in charge of developing a new market in the Middle East and North America, Mr. Nader is the founder and President of 'Nader Construction' one of the important promoters in Quebec in residential projects, with over 20 million dollars in houses and condos projects, Mr. Nader also is the Vice president of Nader Investment group, based in Lebanon. Mr. Raphael Huppe resigned as of Oct. 9, 2009 of his position of CEO and will remain as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer of the company.
