Belmont Partners, LLC announced that it has instituted litigation against Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. The action was filed in March and is filed in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. The suit alleges that Enzyme Environmental Solutions did not deliver stock as called for under the Stock Purchase Agreement entered into by Mr. Jared Hochstedler.
Enzyme Environmental Solutions Appoints Mark Murphy as New Vice President of Operations

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. announced that it has recently contracted Mark Murphy as its new Vice President of Operations as part of its agenda in strengthening the EESO executive team. His career began in the nuclear power industry where he worked as a project manager at a nuclear plant in Iowa. He then worked as a consultant to Florida Power and Light specializing in the area of Quality Control and regulatory compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Recently, he has been involved in management on contract with several non-profit organizations. Mark Murphy's addition to the team is included in CEO Jared Hochstedler's decision to divide the former title, VP of Sales and Operations, into two separate roles with a key person to head each department.
Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. Wins Contract from South Korea

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. has secured a contract from South Korea. The contract was entered into between Star Towers Inc. The signed contract is a one year term and calls for a total $12 million ($12,000,000.00) purchase of EESO's proprietary biotech and product for use in bacterial remediation in Chungju Lake, a man-made reservoir that goes about 100 meters deep with a volume of over 2 billion tons.

RENO, NV, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Enzyme Environmental Solutions would like to clarify certain recent developments affecting the company. President Mark Murphy states, "We are currently working with our attorneys to address the issues raised in the recent SEC complaint. The complaint alleges that we were required to register certain of the Company's shares. The complaint does not allege that EESO made fraudulent representations to any shareholders." At the time the shares in question were issued, neither EESO nor Mr. Hochstedler was aware that the shares needed to be registered, in part, because there are circumstances in which the sale of stock is exempt from registration. Although we do not agree with some of the SEC's allegations, we have been cooperating with the SEC throughout this matter and will continue to do so. We intend to demonstrate that a majority of the funds raised through the sale of the shares in question were used for the operational expenses of EESO. In addition, contrary to statements the SEC made to the media, the assets of our CEO and the company have not been frozen.EESO continues to operate its business and strives to establish itself as a leader in the green cleaning and odor remediation markets. EESO has maintained its relationship with Wow Green.
