XMT Liquidations Inc., the court appointed liquidator of 6356095 Canada Inc., announces that it has received the requisite clearance from the Canada Revenue Agency in connection with the payment of a USD 10 million capital gains dividend to registered shareholders. 6356095 Canada Inc. currently has 194,880,883 outstanding shares. Accordingly, registered shareholders will receive USD 0.0513 per share. XMT anticipates that the capital gains dividend will be paid within the next 30 days.

Excapsa Software Inc. announced that it had completed a settlement with Blast Off Limited, the owner of the Ultimatebet online gaming sites. Pursuant to the settlement, which was approved by the holders of more than two-thirds of Excapsa's outstanding shares and by the Ontario courts, Excapsa paid US $15 million to Blast Off in return for a full and final release of all claims relating to the allegations of cheating on the Ultimatebet websites. In addition, Excapsa acquired an ownership interest in all gaming software owned by Blast Off and its subsidiaries.
