Erste Group Bank AG has announced new appointments and management reshuffles. The bank named a new retail banking head and shuffled the management boards in Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania. It announced that Martin Skopek would join as retail banking head on July 1 to coordinate the bank's retail business in the eight markets in which it operates. With regard to its other units, the group announced that Romania-based BCR is appointing Michael Beitz as chief risk officer, while at Slovenska Sporitelna, Jozef Sikela would take over as chief executive officer from Jan Rollo. In Ukraine, Pavel Cetkovsky is to be promoted as chief executive officer, while Andreas Klingen has been appointed as chief financial officer.
