Dorex Minerals Inc. announces the signing of an option agreement to acquire a 90% interest in the Vikartovce minergw property, Slovak Republic. The Property is located in the eastern part of Slovak Republic, roughly 290 kilometres northeast of Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic, and is considered prospective for uranium mineralization. The Property consists of approximately 33 square kilometers of mineral claims, and is adjacent to uranium exploration licenses of Tournigan Energy and Crown Energy S.R.O. Crown Energy is a Slovak subsidiary of GB Energy Limited, an Australian company. Uranium mineralization was originally discovered in the Vikartovce area in 1980 in what was then Czechoslovakia. From 1980 to 1989, all initial exploration and development work was conducted by Soviet Union State-controlled organizations. The Slovak state ceased funding such projects in 1996, following the country's return to a market economy system after its 1993 separation into the Czech and Slovak Republics. Slovak Republic is an independent, sovereign country, and a full member of EU with Euro currency since January 1, 2009.

Currently is the principal of Paul D. Gray Geological Consultants, and sits on the Boards of Cloudbreak Resources Ltd., Geo Minerals Ltd., as well Argus Metals Corp., where is a key contributor.
