CEO, Steven Humphries said, "We are extremely excited about the communications industry, as there are many opportunities available for the company that we are exploring. We are looking at the radio industry and have identified specific radio properties of which we are in the process of doing our due diligence. It's a great time to get into radio, as the prices are at an all time low." With regard to funding plans Humphries said, "We are taking a different approach, as each of the entities under Cabal (DealerAdvance) are or will be private companies. This allows us to do private placements inside of the private entities to raise the capital for acquisitions and operations."
DealerAdvance, Inc. announced that the Company has reduced its outstanding debt by $2.98 million through the sale of the DealerAdvance automotive CRM software system. The software has been sold in exchange for the assumption of $2.98 million in convertible debentures.
