Dakshidin Corp. is progressively moving forward. As a result of the ongoing negotiations between Dakshidin and the Chinese Government, Dakshidin has now been invited by the City Directors of Economic Development to expand its operations in Liao Ning Province. This is the first step toward attaining the long term and mutually beneficial directives that have been discussed in these talks. The focus of these negotiations has been to develop wind-farms to support the existing electricity generating infrastructure by utilizing the New Generation RESTEC Wind Turbine Technology that is currently under development, as well as to market the RESTEC Mark 10 water pumping windmill within the Liao Ning region. The government's interest stems directly from Dakshidin/RESTEC's patented, cost effective and efficient low wind speed technologies.

Dakshidin Corp. announced the chosen Site by the Government of Wuhan City to install the First Restec Water Pumping Windmill has been successfully completed and has met the performance requirements. The windmill was installed and located at a large multi-use farm composed of pig farming, fish farming and agriculture farm land. The utilization of windmill has proved the power of renewable energy and environmentally friendly operation. This unique operation designed by the owner of the farm is for pumping the minimum of two tons of clean water a day from the well for cleaning the pig farm barns then capturing the same waste tonnage of water and running it through a purification system and then injecting it down a secondary well in which the Restec Mark 10 windmill then again pumps the water to fill the fish farm pond and then pushes the water along water pipes to irrigate the farm land.

Dakshidin Corp. announced the Government of Wuhan City will commence drilling the test well to install a RESTEC Mark 10 Low Wind Speed Water Pumping Windmill within the city's agriculture area. Its manufacturing company Jilin City Daxin Water Pumping Windmill Co. Ltd. will oversee the installation and it is intended to be completed on or before January 2009. The company has been advised by the Wuhan Government they have agreed to sign the mutually agreed to letter of intent to supply and install windmills to meet their needs. Once the windmill installation and the test criteria are completed, Dakshidin and the Government of Wuhan City will host a demonstration event for the Provincial Districts to attend. At that time a formal agreement will be ratified at a private signing ceremony between Dakshidin and the Wuhan Government. It has been suggested by the Wuhan Government they have initially projected a substantial number of RESTEC Mark 10 windmill sales to be derived from this event and will commit to firm orders. Mr. Xin Wei, Director of Manufacturing Operations, will work closely with the Wuhan Districts to ensure adequate production supply and monitor the appropriate installation requirements for each windmill application targeted.
