Rewards Network Inc. has announced a partnership with Best Buy Co. Inc. for new members who can earn points toward purchases at the retail chain just for dining out at Rewards Network restaurants. The Rewards Network programmed has introduced Reward Zone Dining, where members need only to sign up at the Reward Zone Dining web site and then dine at any one of thousands of participating restaurants, bars and clubs to begin earning points. Each dine will earn points for members that can be used at any Best Buy location. New members can earn 500 points when they spend USD 25 or more on one dine during their first 30 days of joining the programmed. With 500 points translating to a USD 10 Reward Zone certificate, this means diners can use their points to purchase merchandise at Best Buy after just one meal.

(NASDAQ:DINE - News), a leading provider of marketing services and dining rewards programs to the restaurant industry, today announced $0.21 earnings per share for the third quarter of 2009. Third quarter results were highlighted by continued strong growth in the Marketing Services Program, lower provision for losses expense in the Marketing Credits Program, and lower operating expenses. At the end of the third quarter, the Company had $26.9 million of cash on hand and remained debt free. As previously announced, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share of common stock that was paid on October 22, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2009, totaling $17.4 million.
