Additions to intangible assets was $15.79 million compared to $14.99 million for the same period last year. Income before income taxes was $97.34 million compared to $112.45 million for the same period last year. The Board of Directors of the company declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on the outstanding number of the company's class A multiple voting shares, class B subordinate voting shares and deferred share units. The dividend is payable on December 3, 2009 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on November 19, 2009.
