DG FastChannel, Inc. held its earnings conference call. The company is looking for acquisition opportunities. Scott Ginsburg, Chairman and CEO of the company said: First, let me say that. Secondly, as far as the corporate planning, we have looked at any number of acquisitions. And I think our shareholder base, on several occasions has become somewhat distracted by what we might or might not do. He added: At this point, we're ready to look forward and make an acquisition that would make sense. But for us making sense, as you can see by the past, is making it make sense over a very short period of time. Not jumping off a ten-meter board and hoping that the landing is going to be anything but a belly flop. I think we have executed extremely well. It's a testament, as I said in the press release today, to our dedicated employees, their diligent work, and our group has been successful because we have stayed focused. He further stated: We're poised extremely well, but we're not going to take any irrational or foolish jumps for purposes of simply making an announcement. That is not our intent. Our intent is to stay focused, look for accretive, tuck-in acquisitions that will keep us moving forward from an EBITDA and a per share point of view.
