Cybrdi, Inc. announced that on May 25, 2009, the Board of Directors elected Zhiwu Liu, Yanjun Han, and Shiyu Bai to fill vacancies on the Company's Board of Directors and to serve as the Company's directors until their successors are duly elected and qualified. In 2000, Zhiwu Liu joined Shaanxi Chaoying Beauty & Cosmetic Group Co., Ltd. Since joining Chaoying Cosmetics, Zhiwu Liu has been the General Manager. Yanjun Han has been the general manager for Chaoying Cosmetics Guangdong Representative Office since 2000. Shiyu Bai joined Shaanxi Chaoying Biotechnology Co., Ltd, the Company's subsidiary in December 2008, and he has been a staff in the Administrative Department of Chaoying Biotech since joining Chaoying Biotech Mr. Bai studied at Taylors College of Melbourne, Australia from May 2006 through December 2008.

On April 29, 2009, Cybrdi Inc.'s former independent accountants, MS Group CPA LLC resigned as independent accountants of the Company. The change of independent accountants was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. On April 29, 2009, the Company engaged KCCW Accountancy Corp. ('KCCW') as Company's new independent accountants.

On 03/30/2009, Cybrdi, Inc. announced that they will be unable to file their next 10-K by the deadline required by the SEC.
