Cardxx Inc. announced that, as part of its exclusive license agreement with IdentitaTechnologies International SRL, in October, 2007 it received a payment in the amount of $1 million, a portion of which will be used by the Company to protect and enhance its patent portfolio and other intellectual properties. Under the terms of the agreement, which was executed in July 2007, Identita has become the sole and exclusive licensee of the CardXX RAMP, polymer injection, molding technology and all related patented or patent pending intellectual property.
