Converge Global Inc. announced that it has completed its acquisition for 100% interest in 2 additional claims with 12 units (Claim #4251158 and Claim #4251159) to further expand the Golden Twist Property in Powell Township, Larder Lake Mining Division, District of Temiskaming, in the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Golden Twist Property will now consist of 7 claims with 64 units and is located 5 km west-northwest of the town of Matachewan. Northgate Minerals Corporation is developing its Young-Davidson exploration project in the area and recently announced that it more than doubled the underground gold resources to over 3.0 million measured and indicated ounces at an average grade of 3.62 g/t.

Converge Global Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Thomas C. Vess to its Eagle Nest Advisory Board. The company recently entered into an option agreement to acquire a 45% interest in the Eagle Nest Mining Property Claims located in La Paz County, Arizona from Sparrowtech Resources Inc. Mr. Thomas C. Vess of AmeriChem Engineering Services has been appointed to the Eagle Nest Advisory Board of both Converge Global Inc. and Sparrowtech Resources Inc. As Director of Sales for AmeriChem during the past 18 years, Mr. Vess designed and built mining operations and refineries.

Converge Global Inc. announce it has completed a major acquisition of the Benson Lake Gold property. The Benson Lake Gold property is situated at Skead Township 12 miles South-East of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada. The Kirkland Lake mining area remains the number one mining area in Ontario. The property consists of one hundred contiguous claim units. A seven-hole diamond drill program was completed by Ryan Lake Metals Ltd. on the Skead Township property during 1994. The highest drill hole at the site yielded high grade gold assays as high as 1.69 oz/ton/1.5 ft.
