Cavit Sciences Inc.'s My Healthy Lifestyle(R) selected as Patient Wellness Portal & Community. National Health Services has partnered to provide access to the My Healthy Lifestyle(R) Wellness Portal & Community as part of a Connected Health Initiative to provide a physician-based e-Health platform designed for deployment in health organizations of all sizes. The partnership is a collaborative and involves an initial phase to provide branded access to the My Healthy Lifestyle(R) e-Health & Wellness Portal & Community. The project is scheduled to be completed early October 2009. Doctors and hospitals will have access to the patient portal as part of their Electronic Health Record [her] and Practice Management tools for their patients.

Cavit Sciences Inc. signed a deal to provide access to it's newest Wellness Plan to a population of over 455,000 plan members through a Third Party Administration Services company that provides benefit programs to unions, municipalities, self-funded health plans and to mid-sized and to large employers nationally. 'Given the size of the population, with even a 30% participation rate, the company stands to earn revenues in excess of $3 million dollars in the first year.

Cavit Sciences Inc. and its officers and directors have agreed to launch a new project or subsidiary company to profit from the growing need for electronic health records. The new division is to be called 'My Healthy Lifestyle HRA'. The company has already made significant progress on the new company website which will provide secure access for all internet users to something which resembles a high-tech online health assessment-a.k.a. Health Risk Assessment [HRA] and a secure Personal Health Record [PHR/EHR] complete with a Family Tree for gathering and storing important family health histories. The whole project is the first of its type to take advantage of the GoogleHealth online system, with the ability to import health information directly from GoogleHealth. The results may be accessed by user's approved medical health professionals or kept completely private.
