CTI Group Holdings Inc. launches new Analysis 7 MNC Reporting Module to help carriers win multinational corporate business by providing holistic analysis and reporting of telecoms consumption and spend across large regional and global contracts. To help carriers meet the needs of increasingly demanding multinational corporate (MNC) customers, CTI Group has launched a new MNC Reporting Module, a system that enables carriers to provide MNCs with an entire, analytical view into their telecoms usage under multinational, regional and global contracts. Until now, carrier capabilities have not matched MNCs' demands for clear, unified reporting into their multinational contracts. The gap between the billing and analysis functionality currently provided by carriers and that required by MNCs has been highlighted as the largest gulf, in a recent survey from analyst firm Ovum into MNC's expectations of their carrier. Analysis 7 enables MNCs with this functionality. Users require minimal training and can then use the interface to analyse their contract according to their corporate criteria. The system is also applicable to carriers who can use Analysis 7 to assess each MNC customer's usage and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, thereby extending the contract life and increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). In order to meet carrier expenditure constraints, the system is additionally available from CTI Group as a hosted managed service.

CTI Group Reports Third Quarter 2009 Results

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - 11/13/09) - CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTC.BB:CTIG - News), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and management (EIM), enterprise communications management software and services solutions, and carrier class voice over internet protocol (VoIP) management applications, reported revenues for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 of $3,571,487 and $11,660,097, respectively, compared to revenues for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008 of $7,916,986 and $18,291,693, respectively. The decrease in revenues was primarily due to the decline in the exchange rates of the UK pound and lack of patent enforcement revenue in 2009 compared to 2008. The Company derives the majority of its revenue from its UK operations. The Company reported a net (loss) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 of $(337,549), or ($0.01) per share and (1,528,238), or ($0.05) per share, respectively, as compared to a net income for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008 of $1,530,479 or $0.05 per share and $798,326 or $0.03 per share, respectively. The increase in net loss was primarily associated with the decreased revenues. The decrease in revenues was primarily associated with the decline in the exchange rates of the UK pound in 2009 compared to 2008. The Company derives the majority of its revenue from its UK operations.
