For the period, the company reported net cash generated from operating activities of RMB 569,293,000 and the paid RMB 461,067,000 for the purchase of fixed assets compared with net cash generated from operating activities of RMB 571,732,000 and the paid RMB 174,335,000 for the purchase of fixed assets for the same period a year ago. The Board has resolved to recommend to the shareholders of the company at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company to be held on 30 September 2009 a final dividend of HKD 0.073 (approximately RMB 0.064) compared with HKD 0.090 for the same period a year ago (approximately RMB 0.081) per share to be paid on or about 14 October 2009 to those shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 30 September 2009.
