Cicero Inc. announced it is launching three new products, collectively called Cicero XM(TM), to help contact centers and enterprises improve their Customer Experience Management (CEM). Cicero also announced two new customers that will be implementing Cicero XM to improve business user efficiency, effectiveness, and operational insight in their contact centers: Interactive Response Technologies, Inc. (IRT) and Innoverse Services Network, Inc. As a CEM solution, the new Cicero XM technology helps companies transform their customer interactions by simplifying workflow, automating tasks, providing context-sensitive scripting and automatically sharing data between applications, while leveraging existing IT investments. Cicero XM, short for Cicero Experience Management, includes three new products: Cicero XM Desktop(TM): a dedicated agent desktop solution that includes user guidance in the form of context sensitive scripting and managed call flows, a United Data Model(TM) that provides a single, holistic view of the data regardless of source, the ability to easily create composite applications and toolbars, a TAPI-compliant soft-phone console, and a flexible workspace to drive business user efficiency and effectiveness. Cicero XM Enterprise(TM): an enterprise solution for managing interactions, including cross-application workflow, call scripting, analytics, telephony integration, United Data Model(TM) persistence, and a powerful database to provide operational insight. Cicero XM Enterprise adds the full power of enterprise CEM to the XM Desktop. Cicero XM Studio(TM): a visual toolkit used to integrate applications and configure Cicero XM products. Cicero XM Studio enables business analysts and other non-IT personnel to make changes to end-user scripts, call flows, and composite screens without risk to underlying applications or business logic.
Cicero, Inc. announced that it has partnered with business process and lean service management consultancy A-CCI to provide codeless integration and workflow automation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other business applications in the Italian market. The new relationship supports the IT Solution Division of A-CCI by providing sales and implementation services in finance, energy, utilities, telecommunications, transport and public administration in Italy. Cicero's platform enables A-CCI consultants to integrate any customer's front and back office applications without writing or modifying code, allowing their customers to automate tasks and streamline end-user productivity at the desktop.
Cicero Inc. was notified that its independent registered public accounting firm, Margolis & Company P.C., planned to combine its practice with the accounting firm of Marcum LLP effective September 1, 2009. In anticipation of the Combination, Margolis resigned as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm effective September 1, 2009. On same date, Marcum was formally engaged as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm to audit the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.
