On July 19, 2009, Comprehensive Care Corp. terminated the employment of Jerry Katzman, the company's Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and a member of the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Pursuant to the terms of Mr. Katzman's employment agreement with the company, his service as a Director of the company automatically ended concurrent with the termination of his employment with the company.

Comprehensive Care Corp. announced that it is partnering with Bowie State University (BSU) to develop a clinical and corporate summer internship program for students majoring in behavioral sciences and human services; nursing, child and adolescent studies; criminal justice; pedology; psychology and social work. CompCare has provided eight internships for BSU students. Over the coming months, CompCare and BSU will jointly develop a behavioral healthcare program specifically designed to meet the needs of the veterans. This program will be initially conducted as a pilot, before being expanded and implemented nationwide in order to cover a wider segment of the national community.

Comprehensive Care Corp. has appointed Clark Marcus as its new Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Marcus will also be joining the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Marcus was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Core Corporate Consulting Group Inc., having stepped down from that role prior to CompCare acquiring Core on January 20, 2009.
