Cardinal Financial Corporation (CFNL) Wrap Up:

Cardinal Financial Corporation, a financial holding company, was formed in late 1997 as a Virginia corporation, principally in response to opportunities resulting from the consolidation of several Virginia-based banks with regional bank holding companies. In our market area, these bank consolidations had been accompanied by the dissolution of local boards of directors and relocation or termination of management and customer service professionals. We own Cardinal Bank, a Virginia state-chartered community bank headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Cardinal Bank has offices in Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Chantilly, Clifton, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Herndon, Leesburg, Manassas, McLean, Purcellville, Reston, Stafford, Sterling, Sterling Park, Tysons Corner, and Woodbridge, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, Maryland.  ...
