(Other OTC:CCMC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the board of directors of the company have approved a Stock Dividend Distribution to all shareholders of record as of May 15, 2009. CruiseCam entered into a strategic e-commerce marketing agreement and equity exchange agreement with Anything Brands Online, Inc (Other OTC:ANYT.PK - News) in November of 2008 and has decided to provide a portion of this equity to its shareholders.
