The company also provides commercial financing, machinery and equipment financing, overdraft and accounts receivable financing, commercial mortgage loans, project financing and syndicated loans, revolving or term loans, trade finance and services, and cash management services, such as foreign exchange trading, investment, payment collection, corporate credit cards, payroll and autopay, and remittance services. In addition, it offers custody services, including settlement and clearing, shares registration and safekeeping, dividend collection, corporate events, proxy voting, market update, and market summary reports; asset valuation, fund accounting, and investment compliance monitoring services; and investment services, such as securities trading, fund, precious metals, debt securities, and investment education services. As of December 31, 2008, the company operated 280 branches and 470 ATMs, and other delivery channels in Hong Kong, as well as had 19 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China.
